Privacy Policy

The short version
Hope AOS is an Agency Operating System built for licensed insurance producers. We collect the information you give us and the work you do inside the product so Hope can help you do it. We share narrow slices of that data with a small set of named vendors who power the product — language models, hosting, email, error monitoring. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run third-party tracking cookies, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Account info. Name and email when you sign up or are invited to an agency.
- Agency info.Your agency’s name, branding, configuration, and the producers on your team.
- Prospect and account data. Anything you, the producer, enter about a prospect, insured, or risk — names, contacts, exposures, loss history, coverage notes.
- Documents you upload. Loss runs, current policies, supplementals, ACORD apps, anything you hand to Hope for ingestion.
- Conversation logs with Hope.Your prompts, Hope’s drafts, and the actions you take on those drafts.
- Usage and analytics.Pages you visit, features you use, and errors the product hits, so we can fix what’s broken and improve what’s slow.
How we use it
- To operate the product on your behalf.
- To improve Hope — fix bugs, tune prompts, sharpen carrier recommendations, ship features producers actually need.
- To respond to you when you ask for support or report something broken.
Third-party processors
Hope AOS depends on a short list of vendors. Each one only sees the slice of data it needs to do its job:
- Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google (Gemini).Language models that power Hope’s reasoning and drafting. They receive the prompts and context Hope needs to answer you.
- Anvil. ACORD form rendering. Receives the structured fields Hope assembles for the application package.
- Resend. Transactional email — invites, notifications, password resets.
- Supabase. Database and authentication. Stores your account, agency, and product data.
- Sentry. Error monitoring. Receives stack traces and the metadata needed to debug a crash.
- Render. Application hosting.
Retention
We retain your data for the life of your agency’s account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@sanctifai.com.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete it.
- Export it in a portable format.

Cookies
Hope AOS uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies in the pilot.
Children
Hope AOS is a tool for licensed insurance professionals. It is not directed at, and shouldn’t be used by, anyone under 16.
International transfers
Your data is processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we’ll show you an in-app banner before it takes effect.
