Hope AOS is in pilot.
Expect bugs. Expect change. Expect occasional downtime. We ship fast, we read every report, and we’re honest about what is and isn’t finished. By using Hope, you accept that you’re using a beta product alongside us.
Accepting these terms
By signing into Hope AOS, you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the product.
Your role
You are a licensed insurance professional acting in your own capacity (or on behalf of your agency). You are responsible for verifying every output Hope produces before binding, sending, filing, or relying on it. Hope is your assistant, not your replacement.
Hope's role
Hope drafts. Nothing sends without you. Drafts are starting points, not finished work. Carrier shortlists are recommendations to verify, not eligibility guarantees. ACORD packages are quote-ready material for you to review and send.
License to use Hope AOS
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Hope AOS while your agency’s account is active. You may not resell it, sublicense it, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
Intellectual property
SanctifAI owns Hope AOS — the platform, the models we train, the interface, the brand. You own your inputs (the prospect data, documents, and prompts you put into Hope) and your outputs (the drafts and packages Hope produces for you). You grant us a limited license to use that content as needed to operate and improve the product.
Third-party services
Hope AOS depends on the vendors listed in our Privacy Policy (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Anvil, Resend, Supabase, Sentry, Render). If one of them goes down or changes their behavior, that can affect Hope.
No warranty on Hope's output
Hope is an AI product. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, current, or compliant. Producers are the licensed professionals and the final reviewers of every application, recommendation, email, and form. Hope AOS is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SanctifAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Hope AOS. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for Hope AOS in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SanctifAI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of Hope AOS, your non-compliance with applicable insurance laws and licensing requirements, the unlicensed practice of insurance, or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, we will delete your agency’s data within thirty (30) days, except where we’re required to retain it by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
